By purchasing and downloading a Minecraft map, lobby, or spawn asset from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance, Digital Nature, & Promotions

  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of Minecraft maps and downloadable assets, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been provided.

  • Promotions: Please note that promotions, discounts, or coupon codes are not guaranteed to work and may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

2. License Tiers & Usage Limits

Each asset is licensed under one of three distinct tiers. You are responsible for ensuring your usage stays strictly within the bounds of your selected tier:

 Public servers, monetized stores, ranks, crates, or commercial networks.

3. Non-Compliance & Assessment Fees

  • Strict Limits: If you hold a Personal Server License, you are strictly prohibited from exceeding 15 concurrent players or enabling server monetization.

  • Out-of-Tier Assessment Fee: Operating a server beyond its tier limits constitutes unauthorized use. An out-of-tier usage assessment fee of $10.00 USD per week will accrue for each calendar week (or portion thereof) during which the server operates beyond its licensed threshold.

  • Remedy & Termination: You may resolve this assessment by either upgrading to a Commercial License or ceasing the unauthorized usage immediately. Failure to address non-compliance will result in license revocation and potential DMCA action.

  • default licensing : Any map that does not offer multiple licenses (if one does have multiple licensing it will be written in the description) will be defaulted to a personal singleplayer use license. you may upgrade it on the form

5. Restrictions & Intellectual Property

  • Personal Use / License Only: Your purchase grants you a license to use the content, not ownership of the intellectual property itself. All rights, titles, and interests in the maps remain the sole property of the creator.

  • No Redistribution: You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, re-upload, or give away the map files to anyone else.

  • Attribution Requirement: You must clearly credit the creator (e.g., via in-game credits holograms, /spawn info, or store footers) when utilizing the asset.

6. Liability Waiver

  • "As Is" Provision: All maps and assets are provided "as is" without any warranties.

  • No Liability: You agree that I cannot be held liable for any issues that occur during or after the installation or use of the maps. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Software Issues: Game crashes, world corruption, or software errors.

    • Hardware Issues: Any damage or performance issues affecting your computer or hardware.

    • Data Loss: Any loss of data that may occur on your device.

  • Risk: You download, install, and operate these files entirely at your own risk.
