1. Ownership and Property

You do not own any of my mods by downloading it

2. Restrictions on Redistribution and Modification

  • No Redistribution: You may not reupload, mirror, or redistribute the Mod, its binaries, or its assets on any third-party websites, forums, or hosting platforms.

  • No Modification: You may not modify, decompile, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the Mod's code or assets without express written permission from the author.

3. Modpack Policy

You are permitted to include this Mod in modpacks, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • No Direct File Sharing: You prohibitively cannot bundle or distribute the actual mod file (.jar) directly within your modpack download.

  • Official Platform Requirement: The modpack must fetch or link to the Mod through an official platform where it is hosted by the author. Currently, the only authorized platform for this Mod is Modrinth.

4. Termination and Enforcement

Any violation of these terms automatically terminates your permission to use or distribute the Mod within modpacks and may result in a formal takedown request (such as a DMCA notice) to the hosting platform.
